During the summer we leave our warehouse very early-usually by 7am; pick-ups begin by 8pm in the peak of the summer. In the early and later part of summer, pick-ups will begin earlier for safety reasons. You can request, but don’t count on “being last”.

Deliveries and Pick-ups are routed for fuel efficiency to keep rental costs down; we pick up furthest from our warehouse first and work our way back. If you would like the rental time extended, please inquire about overnight rentals.

Leave the unit inflated at all times unless high winds occur. The water is difficult to drain regardless, but a deflated unit increases the time it takes to remove the unit. We currently do not charge an additional fee for water usage like many other companies; we do this because we anticipate customer cooperation. Thank you for leaving the units inflated.

We reserve the right to set up the unit in the best location for drainage. This may not be the picture-perfect location you were imagining, but the set-up dictates how well the take-down will go. This again is a money saving practice to keep rental costs down for the customer.

Normal wear and tear is to be anticipated; however, if there are huge tears in the seams of the unit, this indicates rough play. The renter will be responsible for the repairs to the unit. These repairs average $75-150.00. Please be honest with us if damage occurs; not identifying damage has the potential for ruining the party for the person who is renting after you. Please be courteous.
